How to make stir-fried garlic sprouts with scalloped snails

1.Soak the snail slices in water overnight, then cut into shreds

2. Wash and cut the garlic into sections, put water in the pot and add a little salt, blanch the chopped garlic for one minute, take it out and set aside

3.Add in the sliced snails and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, then take them out

4.Shred the red pepper, mince the ginger, and cut the green onion into small pieces

Tips
1.Remember to blanch the garlic moss before frying it, because the fibrous structure of the garlic moss is very dense, and it will not be easy to taste if fried directly.
2.Adding some salt to the garlic moss when blanching can prevent the garlic moss from turning yellow during the blanching process.The same principle applies when blanching other vegetables.
3.Do not fry the rattle snail slices for too long.Fry them briefly.That’s fine, otherwise it will be fried too old and too hard, affecting the taste
