How to cook fish cubes

1. Prepare the ingredients for later use.

2.Clean the grass carp and cut into small pieces

3.Clean and cut the green onions

4.Put the grass carp into the plate, add salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger powder and marinate for 30 minutes

5. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add fish pieces, fry until brown on both sides and serve out

6.Add bean paste and black bean paste and saute until fragrant
