How to make zucchini minced meat pot

1. Prepare the materials: 2 zucchini, 100 grams of minced beef, 1 shallot, 3 cloves of garlic , 3 slices of ginger

Tips
If there is no tomato sauce, it is also good to just stir-fry some tomatoes with the minced meat.
