hairtail ( 2 ) | Onion, ginger and garlic segments ( appropriate amount ) |
Liquor ( appropriate amount ) | Thirteen Fragrances ( appropriate amount ) |

Chicken essence ( Adequate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) |

Recipe of braised hairtail

1. Wash and dry the hairtail, add salt to the oil in a pan and cook over high heat until the oil smokes, add the hairtail pieces and fry until both sides are golden.

2.Put the fried hairtail and oil into the stewpot

3.Pour in white wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, add thirteen spices, onion, ginger and garlic

4. Pour in a bowl of white water until the hairtail is covered with water.Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to low heat until the juice is reduced.

5.Add in appropriate amount of chicken essence
