Celery: low protein
Ingredients
Celery ( 250g ) | Fresh lily ( 80g ) |
Red pepper ( 1/3 ) | Single garlic ( 1 piece ) |
Water starch ( 2 porcelain spoons (with rice bowl) ) | Oil ( 20g ) |
| Salt ( 2g ) |
How to stir-fry celery with lily

1.Main ingredients (garlic is not included).

2. Break the lilies apart, leaving out the innermost core, and soak them in clean water for later use.

3. Slice garlic.

4. Cut celery and red pepper diagonally into diamond shapes.(Celery that is too thick should be cut in half and then diagonally)

5. Boil water in a pot , add a small spoonful of salt and oil after the water boils.

6.Put in celery and blanch until raw (about 2 minutes).

7. Remove.

8.Put it into the cold water.

9.Continue to blanch the lilies and red peppers (about 2 minutes).

10.Put it into a basin with cold celery.

11. Heat the pan and add oil.

12. Saute garlic slices under 60% heat until fragrant.

13. Pour in the celery and stir-fry for one minute.

14.Adjust salt.

15.A little thin gravy on the water starch.

16. Stir well.

17. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
Tips
The water starch here is thinner than usual, just like milk.If you don’t have a good grasp, just follow the principle of sparse rather than dense.You can even leave it unchecked.
