Ingredients
Cilantro( a little ) | Green chili pepper ( half ) |
Chili pepper ( 5 capsules ) | Tofu skin ( 2 pictures ) |
Sweet noodle sauce ( appropriate amount ) | |

How to make spicy fried tofu skin

1.Cut the onion, ginger and garlic into mince and set aside

2. Cut the tofu skin into strips and heat while Pour water into the pot

3. Remove the water and control it for later use

4.Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant

5.Add dried chili peppers, sweet noodle sauce, Wei Mei, chicken essence and MSG and stir-fry

6.Add the dried tofu skin and stir-fry, then add salt
