How to make toothpick beef

1. Wash and drain the beef slices, add barbecue sauce and mix well.Marinate for 30 minutes;

2. Rinse and soak the toothpicks in water and pick them up (soaking them in water can avoid toothpicks Fried);

3. String the meat slices on toothpicks one by one, one for large slices and one for small ones.skewer 2 slices of meat;

4. Pour U-flavored peanut oil into the pot and heat it up , pour in toothpick beef;

Tips
1.String a piece of beef skewer on a toothpick several times and make it tight to prevent it from falling apart during frying;
2.If there is no barbecue sauce, use oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cornstarch instead to marinate the beef slices.
