Squab ( 1 ) | Onions ( 2 roots ) |
Ginger ( 5 pieces ) | Cooking wine ( 3g ) |

How to make red dates, wolfberry and pigeon soup

1.Put water, cooking wine, and pigeons into the pot.After the water boils, take it out

2.Rinse with clean water

3.Cut the mushrooms into four pieces and set aside.It’s okay not to cut it, it’s based on personal preference

4. Slice ginger for later use

5.Cut chives into sections and set aside

6. Remove seeds from red dates and set aside

7.Put water into the pot, add the reserved ingredients and pigeons, and simmer for three hours (add the green onions later)

8.A delicious pigeon soup is ready
