Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Silver carp head (about 500g) | Enoki mushroom (a little span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( 2 slices ) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) | Cilantro ( a little ) |
How to make fish head and tofu soup

1. Clean the fish head, peel off the gills, cut it in the middle and drain the water.

2. Heat the wok, add oil, and fry the fish head until both sides are slightly brown.

3.Add enough boiling water, add ginger slices, and simmer over high heat.

4.Put in the soft tofu.

5. Stew until the soup is thick and white, add enoki mushrooms and appropriate amount of salt.(Enoki mushrooms are optional)

6. Boil the soup pot with boiling water and add chopped green onion.,coriander.Pour in the stewed soup.

7.Finished product.The soup is thick white in color and very delicious.
Tips
1.Clean the fish gills and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.This is the prerequisite for the soup to be thick and white.
2.Add boiling water, the amount of water should be sufficient, and there should be consumption in the middle.Simmer over high heat.
