Flour ( 200 grams ) | Lard ( 15g ) |
Water ( 100g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Cumin grains ( appropriate amount ) | Chopped green onions (appropriate amount) |
How to make cumin and scallion pancakes

1. Mix the noodles with warm water at about 50 degrees Celsius.Let it sit for 30 minutes.Knead the dough thoroughly (the standard is that the dough is soft and easy to shape, and will not stick to the chopping board).Place 5 pieces of 40g dough.Roll out evenly.

2. Spread lard on the crust (don’t spread it around the sides), sprinkle with salt and cumin seeds ,chopped green onion.

3. Roll up the dough and press all the edges slightly to prevent the filling from coming out.Stretch and twist.

4. Roll up and roll out, heat the oil in the pan and add the crust.Fry over low heat until the crust becomes hard and then flip over (too high a heat will cause the cake to burn)

5. Turn frequently and fry until golden brown on both sides.(Overcooked pancakes will be too hard)

Tips
