Gluten-free beans ( Adequate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Barbeque sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Cumin seeds ( a little ) | Pepper ( a little ) |
How to roast beans

1.Wash the gluten-free beans and cut into small pieces.

2.Use a toothpick to thread the beans in one direction, three in a row.

3. Line the oven with tin foil and put the beans.Brush oil on both sides of the beans.

4. Then brush with barbecue sauce.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

6.After 10 minutes, bake until the beans are dehydrated and the skin becomes dry.

7. Turn the beans over, brush them with barbecue sauce, and continue to bake for 3 minutes.

8. After both sides are baked, take them out.Sprinkle with pepper, cumin seeds and salt while hot.

Tips
You don't need to pierce the beans with a toothpick, just spread them directly on the baking sheet.Add seasonings to your own taste.
