How to make pangasius fish in tomato sauce

1.Cut pangasius into pieces and catch it with salt

2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces

3.Cut tofu into cubes

4. Heat the oil in the pan and stir fry the ginger and green onion until fragrant

5.Put in the tomatoes, add salt according to personal taste, and add a little sugar (the sugar can be omitted)

6.Cover the lid and cook over medium-low heat until it becomes completely mushy
7.Add tofu, stir well, cover and cook for a minute or two
