Chicken wings ( 12 pieces ) | Ginger ( 5-6 slices ) |

How to make pan-fried chicken wings

1.Clean and drain the chicken wings and insert a knife on both sides
2. Slice ginger and garlic, cut green onion into sections
3.Add ginger and garlic slices, green onions, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, salt and sugar to the chicken wings, mix well and marinate

4.Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours

5.Heat oil in a pan, add chicken wings and fry until both sides are slightly brown, then turn to low heat and fry until cooked through

Tips
You can season the chicken wings as you like.Cutting the chicken wings with a flower knife will make it easier to absorb the flavor.When frying the chicken wings until they are slightly brown, be sure to fry them over low heat.(High heat will make them mushy and the inside will not be cooked.)
