How to steam Atlantic cod

1.Take 1 piece of Bingruisi Atlantic cod, pack it and defrost it.

2.Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture.

3. Cut green onions into shreds.

4. Slice the ginger.

5. Spread shredded green onion and ginger slices on the fish and wait for 5 minutes to remove the smell.

6. Place a plate between the water in the pot and boil the water over high heat.

7.Put the cod meat into the plate.Cover and steam for about 15 minutes.
