How to make Kung Pao Pleurotus eryngii

1.Prepare the materials

2. Wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms.Deseed and dice green and red peppers, mince green onion, ginger and garlic

3.Take a bowl of tea Sauce: 1 spoon of soy sauce + 2 spoons of rice vinegar + 1 spoon of sugar + 1 spoon of corn starch + half a bowl of water, stir well and set aside
