Ingredients
Pork belly ( One piece ) | Garlic sprouts ( 6 roots ) |
| Millet pepper ( 5 ) | Green pepper ( 2 pieces ) |
cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum ( Moderate amount ) |
Onions ( 4 roots ) | Ginger( A few slices ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) |
White sugar ( appropriate amount ) | tempeh (appropriate amount) |
Doubanjiang (a spoonful ) |
How to cook twice-cooked pork with garlic sprouts

1. Have all materials ready.

2. Wash the pork belly and put it in the pot with cold water.Add a few peppercorns, green onion knots, ginger slices and Cooking wine.Bring to a boil over high heat.

3.After boiling, skim off the floating residue and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.Cook until chopsticks can be easily inserted into the pork belly.

4. Remove and let cool, then cut into coin-width slices.(If you’re not very good at knife skills, just make do with it, hehe)

5.Pour in the oil Stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color or becomes golden on both sides.(It depends on personal preference, I like it a little crispier)

6. Add the tempeh after frying the oil , bean paste, and a shovelful of light soy sauce to color the pork belly.

7. Add garlic slices, ginger, a little sugar, stir-fry for a while, add millet pepper, green Hangzhou Pepper, white garlic (thick section of garlic sprouts)

8.Finally add the green garlic.Stir well and take it out of the pan.

9.Install the disk.The delicious twice-cooked pork with garlic sprouts is ready.
