Ingredients
Vermicelli ( 1 bundle ) | chopped green onion ( a little span> ) |
Scallop ( 2 ) | Xiaomi spicy ( 3 pieces ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to steam scallops with garlic vermicelli

1. Chop the garlic into purees and cut the spicy millet into sections

2. Saute half of the minced garlic in cold oil until fragrant

3.Saute until golden and add the remaining minced garlic and millet

4.Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar to taste

5.Bleach the vermicelli in hot water

6.Stir in minced garlic

7.Clean the scallops
8.Vermicelli at the bottom
9.Steam for 10 minutes

10. Serve the pot and garnish with green onion
Tips
The scallops must be cleaned and the garlic will be sauteed twice for a better flavor
