Ingredients
Shrimp ( 6 ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 1 pack ) |
| Green beans (a little) | Vermicelli ( 1 bundle ) |
chopped green onion ( a little ) div> | Xiaomi spicy ( 3 pieces ) |
Garlic ( 1 head ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Recipe of steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli and enoki mushrooms

1.Fans soak in water for later use

2. Wash and tear the enoki mushrooms into pieces, remove the shells and threads from the shrimps, top with minced garlic and steam for 8 minutes

3. Chop garlic into puree, cut spicy millet into rings

4. Saute minced garlic in cold oil (add in two times) and spicy millet

5.Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar to taste

6. Blanch vermicelli for 1 minute

7.Stir the vermicelli with enoki mushrooms, shrimps and minced garlic (you don’t need the steamed soup)

8.Place on a plate and garnish with green beans and green onion
Tips
Don’t pat the garlic, slice it directly before mincing it, so it tastes more fragrant
