How to make spicy chicken tripe

1.Wash the chicken belly inside and out.

2. Blanch in cold water.

3. Heat the oil in the wok until it is 50% hot, add the minced green onion, red pepper and sesame seeds.Sauté the pepper until fragrant.

4.Add in the blanched chicken tripe and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add seasonings to taste and turn off the heat.

Tips
1.Do not use cold water after blanching the chicken tripe, otherwise it will become hard and affect the taste.
