How to make fried rice noodles with seafood, mushrooms and shredded pork

1.Rinse seafood mushrooms with clean water.

2. Heat hot water, blanch the seafood mushrooms in the pot, and blanch them.Tear large mushrooms into thin strips, drain and wring well and set aside.

3. Cut the pork into shreds, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, dry Starch, mix well and add flavor.

4. Prepare some auxiliary materials.Cut the spicy millet and pepper into small pieces, mince the ginger, slice the garlic, and chop the green onion.

5.Place the medium-thin vermicelli in the pot and bring to a boil until fully softened.

Tips
1.The vermicelli should be fully cooked until soft, because water will not be added to stew when frying.
