Ingredients
Wolfberry ( appropriate amount ) | Tofu ( 1 piece ) |

Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Sugar ( 0.5 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 0.5 spoon ) |
Sesame oil ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make tofu stuffed with meat

1.Cut tofu into thick pieces and soak in salt water for later use

2.Meat filling Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and stir in one direction

3.Scoop out the middle part of tofu

4.Stuff the meat filling into the tofu

5.Steam on the pot for 10 minutes

6. Take out the pot and put it on a plate, order wolfberry and sprinkle with chopped green onion

For those who think it is light, you can sprinkle some steamed fish soy sauce after cooking
