Ingredients
Cauliflower ( Half a plant ) | Bacon ( One piece ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Chicken essence ( 1 spoon ) |

Green onion slices ( 4 slices ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Half spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |

How to stir-fry cauliflower with bacon

1. Prepare a piece of bacon (actually use about 1/2 of the amount, usually choose a larger piece, you can use it directly next time when cooking).

2.Wash the cauliflower.

3. Cut the dried chilies into sections and slice the green onions.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the bacon into the pot over medium heat and cook for 25 minutes or so.

5. Remove the bacon and clean it.

6. Cut the bacon into thin slices.

7. Break the cauliflower into small pieces.

8.Pour an appropriate amount into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

9. Then pour the cauliflower into the pot, cook for about a minute and remove.

10. Then soak the cauliflower in cold water for about 30 seconds, remove and drain the water and set aside.

Tips
