Hairtail: detoxification
Ingredients
hairtail ( appropriate amount ) | radish ( appropriate amount ) |

How to cook hairtail with radish

1.Prepare ingredients, as the picture shows.

2. Cut the radish.

3.Crack two eggs, put a little flour, and stir the egg liquid and flour into batter, coat the hairtail fish evenly with the egg batter.

4. Add oil to the pot.

5. Heat the oil to 90% heat and add the hairtail.

6.After the hairtail is put into the pot, do not flip it in a hurry.Otherwise, it will rot easily.Turn on medium-low heat and fry slowly until one side is golden and then fry the other side.

7. After both sides are browned, take them out and put them on a plate.

8. Prepare a bowl of warm water, add 4 grams of cooking wine, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams Balsamic vinegar.

9. Remove from heat and add a little oil.

10. Add onion, ginger, garlic and small pepper and saute until fragrant.

11.Add radish and stir-fry

12.Add the seasoning water prepared previously

13.Add fish pieces.

14.Add two teaspoons of salt.

15.Add a few coriander roots, cover the pot, and simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes.

16.Finally, heat to reduce the juice and take out the pot.

Tips
1.Our place is far away from the sea, and the hairtail fish are all frozen.If it is not coated in egg wash, it will easily rot when cooked.
