Ingredients
Pork belly ( 500g ) | Frozen tofu ( 800g ) |

Recipe of Stewed Pork Belly with Frozen Tofu

1. Prepare a piece of pork belly and clean the pork belly.

2. Prepare the ingredients, cut the pepper into sections and slice the ginger.

3. Take the frozen tofu out of the refrigerator and defrost it in advance, and then cut it into cubes of about 1.5 cm.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the pork belly into the pot, and heat over medium-low heat.

5. Boil the pork belly for about 30 minutes, remove and clean again.

6. Cut the pork belly into long strips about one centimeter wide.

7. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat over low heat.

13.After boiling, pour the whole into a rice cooker and simmer.

14. Then set the time to 40 minutes.Don’t do it for the time being after the set time is over.Cut off the power and let it sit for about twenty minutes before cutting off the power again.

15. Then pour the pork belly back into the wok and pour the frozen tofu into the wok Stir evenly and heat over medium-low heat.

16. Simmer for about twenty minutes, then turn to high heat to collect the juice.

Tips
1.It is recommended to take the frozen tofu out of the refrigerator and defrost it about half a day in advance.
2.It is recommended to stew the pork belly in a rice cooker (with pressure cooker function), which not only saves time, but also makes the pork belly fat but not greasy.
