Chicken ( One pound ) | Oil ( a spoon ) |
onion ( A handful ) | Ginger ( A chunk ) |
Water ( Two bowls ) | Salt ( five grams ) |
New version of onion and ginger chicken

1. Chop green onion and ginger.

2. Add oil to the pot and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant.

3. Put the chicken in the pot, stir-fry until the surface of the chicken changes color, pour in water, and add salt , cover and simmer over medium heat until the juice dries up.

4. Once the juice is dry, turn off the heat and serve.
