Pork Ribs ( 500g ) | Rock sugar ( 40g ) |
| Water (appropriate amount) | Peanut oil (appropriate amount ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( A handful ) | Onion, ginger and garlic (appropriate amount) |
Geranium leaves ( 2 pieces ) | Cinnamon ( 1 piece ) |
Star anise ( 1 piece ) | Cooked sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
How to make sweet and sour pork ribs

1. Let’s take a full picture first.

2. Add water to the pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, and blanch the ribs.

3. Remove from cold water and wash.

4.Put oil in a non-stick pan, add spareribs and stir-fry.

5. Stir-fry until the ribs are browned and set aside.

6. Leave the base oil, add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat until melted.

7. Place the ribs and color them.

8. Add soy sauce and stir-fry.

9.Add onion, ginger and garlic, and mix well the aniseed.

10. Pour water to cover the ribs, add cooking wine and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30-50 minute.

11.When the soup is reduced, add vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

12.Add a little salt, stir-fry evenly, and reduce the juice over high heat.

13. Sprinkle cooked sesame seeds, mix well and serve.

14.Install the disk.
Tips
Blanch the pork ribs and add Sichuan peppercorns to effectively remove the fishy smell.
