Recipe of braised pork ribs and potatoes

1.Main materials.

2. Peel and smash the garlic, cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and cut the garlic into slices.

3. Cut the potatoes into pieces and soak them in water to remove the starch.

Tips
The pork ribs should be simmered for a longer time for better flavor.Potatoes should not be simmered for too long as they may become mushy.
