
Ingredients
Basa fish fillet ( 200g ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
Ginger ( 3-4 pieces ) | Green onions ( 1 small section ) |
Cooking wine ( 2 grams ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Corn starch ( appropriate amount ) |

1.The pangasius fish is defrosted naturally and then cut into pieces.

2.Add cooking wine.

3.Crush the ginger, green onions and salt and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Prepare a flat plate and pour an appropriate amount of corn starch.

5. Coat the marinated fish pieces with a thin layer of corn starch.

6.Put oil in a hot pan and add fish pieces when it is 50% hot.

7. Fry slowly over medium-low heat.

8. Until both sides are golden.

Tips
1.Because this recipe is for children, the seasoning is relatively simple.Adults can marinate it with salt and pepper, and add some black pepper for a better taste.
