How to make beef with sauce

1. Pour cold water into the pot, add the beef cubes, and boil for ten minutes.Remove the beef cubes, and then rinse the surface foam with cold water.

2. Place the meat pieces into the electric pressure cooker, add cold water, green onions, garlic and ginger slices , then add all the seasonings.

3. Cover the pressure cooker for 50 minutes.

4. After it is done, put it in the pot for one night to let the flavor in and then take it out.
Tips
An hour is a bit long for the electric pressure cooker.It sucks.I’ll try to improve next time.
