Ingredients
Pork ribs ( 3 ) | |
Star anise ( 2-3 pieces ) | fragrant leaves ( 3-4 pieces ) |
Green onions ( a little ) | Chopped green onion ( a little ) |
Tofu ( 1 spoon ) | Ginger ( 2-4 pieces ) |
Garlic ( 2-4 pieces ) | Salt ( 10 grams ) |
Cooking wine ( 15g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10g ) | Sugar ( 10g ) |
MSG ( 5g ) | Pepper ( 5 grams ) |
How to cook pork ribs and potatoes

1. Wash the ribs and cut the potatoes into cubes
2. Add water to the pot, put the ribs into the pot, pour cooking wine, ginger slices, and scallions into the water.
3. Pour oil into the pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry until the sugar color turns out.

4. Remove the ribs, a spoonful of bean drumsticks, and stir-fry until slightly brown
