Potatoes ( 300g ) | Pork belly ( 260g ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves span> ) | Onions ( 1 root ) |

Sugar ( 3g ) | Light soy sauce ( 6g ) |
Lao Ganma ( 5 grams ) | Clear water ( 60ml ) |

How to make stir-fried pork with potatoes

1.Peel and slice potatoes, wash twice and set aside.Wash and slice pork belly

2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the pork belly until golden brown, add minced garlic and white onion until fragrant
