
Ingredients
Wheatfish ( One pound ) | Sun Island Spicy Sauce ( A bag ) |
Vegetable oil, onion, ginger, garlic, dried tree pepper, aniseed peppercorns (appropriate amount) |
How to cook wheat fish stewed in soy sauce
1.Rinse fresh small river fish in cold water several times to control the water.

2.Cut the onions, ginger and garlic, rinse the dried tree peppers with water and dry them.

3. Prepare Sun Island Spicy Sauce.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a cold pot, heat it up to 70% heat, and sauté the peppercorns until fragrant Aniseed, onions, ginger, garlic, dried peppercorns.

5.Add a bag of Sun Island spicy sauce.

6.Add appropriate amount of cold water and bring to a boil.

7. Add small fish, after boiling, cover the pot and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.(Since a bag of spicy sauce is salty enough, there is no need to add salt.)

8.After stewing, garnish with coriander and serve.Although I couldn't bear it, I still stewed the small fish...and ate it...
