Ingredients
Beef ribs ( 1 piece ) | Onions ( 1 piece span> ) |

How to make slow roasted beef ribs

1. Spread the olive oil evenly in the baking pan, place the onions into thick slices crosswise, and sprinkle cumin seeds around them

2.Massage the beef ribs evenly with salt, a little bell pepper powder (or brown sugar), and a lot of black pepper.Place the onions with the bone side up
