How to make braised pig trotters

1.Wash the pig’s trotters as shown in the picture

2.Cut as shown in the picture

3. Blanch water, as shown in the picture, then take it out and set aside

4. Heat oil in a pot and add appropriate amount of rock sugar, as shown in the picture

5. Stir-fry until it turns into sugar color, as shown in the picture
