Kale seedlings ( 350g ) | Cantonese style sausage ( one ) |
Salt ( a spoonful ) | Sugar ( a spoonful ) |
Cooking wine ( one spoonful ) |
How to stir-fry kale sprouts with sausage

1. Blanch the kale until 7.8 minutes done.

2. Remove and set aside.

3. Fry until as shown.

4.Pour in kale.

5.Add cooking wine.

6.Put sugar and salt.

7. Stir fry for a minute or two and then plate it.

8. Let’s eat.
Tips
Kale has a slightly bitter taste, so add sugar.
