Loach: detoxification
Ingredients
Loach ( 1 catty ) | Chili pepper ( 10g ) |
Sauce ( 5 grams ) | chopped green onion ( 2 grams ) |
Minced garlic ( 2 grams ) |
How to braise loach in sauce

1.Wash the purchased loach in water first

2.Remove moisture , add salt to the loach, cover it immediately after adding salt.After the loach is no longer active, clean the internal organs

3.Wash the loach with its internal organs removed and set aside

4.Put chili, onion and garlic into the pot and stir-fry

5.Add miso and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then add seasonings
7.Put in the loach and continue to stew, until the soup in the pot is dried out

8.Plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips
It is best to raise the loach in clean water to remove the sediment
