How to make fried shrimps with green peppers

1.Prepare a small bowl of dried shrimps, two green peppers, green onion and ginger, and one small red pepper

2.Soak dried shrimps in cold water for 10 minutes

3. Remove and squeeze out the water

4. Dice green pepper, mince green onion and ginger, mince small red pepper

5.Pour oil into the pot, add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

Tips
