How to make sweet and sour pork ribs

1.Pour the ribs package into a bowl.

2. Pour in water and mix.

3. Wash the ribs, blanch them to remove the blood and set aside.Heat the Jade Emperor Oil in a pot to simmer Flavored peanut oil.

4.Pour the blanched ribs into the pot, add a little sugar and stir-fry for a while.

5. Blanch until the sugar color appears.

6. Pour in the seasoning water.

7. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cover with a lid to slowly reduce the juice.

8. When the juice is almost dry, stir-fry for a while and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.

9. Stir-fry until the juice becomes thick and oily and take it out of the pan.
Tips
When the juice is almost gone, stir-fry for a while to prevent the pot from sticking.
