How to make vinegar melon

1.Garlic, carrots and pork slices are set aside

2. Slice the melon in half (semi-circle) and set aside

3.Saute:
Saute the garlic until it becomes fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry until it is halfway cooked, then pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
Pour in the melon and carrot slices, add appropriate amount of sugar and salt, stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes (8 minutes cooked), then pour in a little rice vinegar, continue to stir-fry over high heat until the vegetables are cooked.
Tips
When frying vegetables, the amount of oil must be controlled.Too much oil will make them greasy
