How to make shrimp and broccoli

1.Ingredients:
Slice garlic, shred ginger , cut broccoli into pieces, wash and air-dry the shrimps (to avoid splashing oil when frying)

2.Boiling:
Put an appropriate amount of salt in the boiling water, and boil the broccoli flowers until they are half-cooked, preferably when the broccoli flowers have just turned green
3.Saute: Heat a pan with cold oil.When the oil is hot, add the prawns and fry until both sides are golden brown.Add garlic slices and shredded ginger to the remaining oil and saute until fragrant.Then add the broccoli, add a little water, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, and sugar, stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, until the broccoli is cooked, then take it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
