How to make sweet and sour pork ribs

1.Wash the spareribs and chop them into pieces

2.Put the spareribs in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, sugar, and blanch them

3. Blanch the pork ribs and remove the water to control them

4. Heat the oil in the pan and add the ginger slices

5. Saute ginger slices until fragrant, add pork ribs
