How to make fried tofu (I don’t know its name)

2.Cut winter bamboo shoots
3.Cut water chestnuts

4.Dried tofu cut into cubes

5. Chop pickles into cubes

6.Dry red pepper and minced

7. Add oil to the pot, add fat meat (stir it), and lean meat in order , winter bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, dried tofu, pickles, chili peppers, salt and MSG

8.Cut the garlic stalks into mince, wait for the ingredients to cool down, put it down, and mix well
