How to make steamed fish head with sliced teeth

1. A clean fish head with tooth fillets

2.Seasoning: steamed ginger and garlic slices Fish soy sauce, old wine, salt and dried plum vegetables

3.Ginger slices at the bottom of the plate

4. Put the fillet fish head that has been marinated for 15 minutes on the plate
Marinate all the seasonings in Figure 2
(Except light soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce are not added for now)
5. Add dried prunes to the surface of the fish

6.Bring water to a boil

7. Steam for 15 minutes

8. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and light soy sauce to another pot and bring to a boil
Pour it on the fish
Then pour the soy sauce on the steamed fish too
9.The delicious filleted fish head is ready
