How to make swimming crab with green onion and ginger

1.Brush the crabs clean, especially where the claws and abdomen are connected

2.Open the crab shell and remove the mouth, lungs, heart and navel

3.Use a knife to cut the crab into two pieces from the middle.This crab is small.If it is a big crab, it can be cut into four pieces.

4. Stick dry starch on the cut part to wrap the crab meat and crab roe
