Garlic moss ( 150g ) | Pork belly ( 250g ) |

Zanthoxylum bungeanum (a small amount) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |

How to stir-fry meat with garlic moss

1. Wash and slice the pork belly, remove the old stems from the garlic sprouts, wash and cut into small pieces.Crush the garlic into chunks with a knife.Place the washed pork belly in a bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar and a little cooking wine.Soak for 10 minutes.

2. Heat the oil and add garlic cloves and peppercorns.After it changes color, add garlic and stir-fry.Pour a little water to prevent the garlic from becoming mushy.

Tips
