Pork belly ( 100g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 12 ) |
| Green pepper ( 25g ) | Red pepper ( 35g ) |
Green onions ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 10g ) |
Cooking wine ( 10g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 3 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Salt ( 3g span> ) |
Pepper ( 2 grams ) | White sugar ( 5 grams ) |
How to stir-fry pork with mushrooms

1.Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices as shown in the picture.
2. It is best to blanch the water in a pot under boiling water and add a little salt-

3. Drain the mushrooms and set aside, cut the green and red peppers into shreds and set aside

4.Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly slices, green onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
