Chicken wings ( One pound ) | Onion ( Half ) |

How to make garlic chicken wings

1.Wash the chicken wings and remove the moisture

2.Make two cuts on the reverse side

3.Prick the front with a toothpick

4. Cut the onion into cubes, slice the ginger, and chop the green onion.Cut the garlic into pieces and put it in the chicken wings.

5. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar and mix thoroughly.

6.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than three or four hours.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, place tin foil on the baking sheet and place the marinated chicken wings , bake in the oven for ten minutes, take it out, smear both sides with cooking oil, and continue baking.

8. Take it out when it is almost ready, brush both sides with honey, and bake for another five minutes..

9. Once baked, sprinkle with black pepper and cumin powder.
Tips
The oven temperature is set according to the temperature of your own oven.The longer the chicken wings are marinated, the more flavorful they will be.I marinated them overnight and made them the next day.You can also use barbecue sauce to add flavor.
