Ribs ( 300g ) | Ginger ( Two pieces ) |
Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce (one spoonful span> ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Octagonal ( 1 piece ) |
Geranium leaves ( 1 piece ) | Salt and pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make salt and pepper pork ribs

1. Ribs Wash it clean and blanch it in a pot under cold water.

2.Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, Star anise, bay leaves, ginger slices and appropriate amount of water.

3.Cover the lid and cook.After the pressure cooker is vented, cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

4. After the pressure cooker is deflated, take out the ribs and place them on kitchen paper to absorb the moisture.

5.Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a small pot and heat it until it is 70% hot.

6. Add the ribs and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

7. Fry until the ribs are golden and crispy, take them out and drain the oil.

8.Place on a plate and sprinkle with pepper and salt.
