Recipe of braised taro ribs

1.Prepare ingredients

2.Cut taro into cubes, cut green onions and slice ginger

3. Add the ribs to the cold water, Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and remove the ribs

4. Heat the oil in the pot and add rock sugar , the color of rock sugar becomes darker

5.Add green onion segments, bay leaves and star anise

6.Add taro and stir-fry evenly
