Ingredients
Prawns ( 500g ) | Onions ( 1 section ) |
Ginger ( A few pieces ) | Oil ( 10 grams ) |

How to braise prawns in tomato sauce and oil

1. Prepare the prawns.

2.Cut off the shrimp whiskers and pick out the shrimp lines.

3. Prepare onions and ginger, cut them and set aside.

4. Pour oil into the pot and heat it to 50% heat.

5. Add onion and ginger and stir until fragrant.

6. Add the prawns and stir-fry.

8. Pour in light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

9.Add salt and tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

10.Pour in 50ml of water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

11. The juice is collected and out of the pot!
